My heart

In my heart, there is a nest

for so many years, it remained hollow.

But at once someone came and

unfortunately, it started to follow.

What was happening to me,

i could not recognize

But it was too late,

when i realized

Inside a shell, like a pearl

i thought, im a lucky girl

I never met people of such grace

who never leave any trace.

Someone popped into my mind

alone on my bed when i was sitting,

After a long while i felt

i was undergoing what we call "missing"

Thoughts occupied me deeper and deeper

just like a thunder of rain & wind of winter

Light of love got lit in me,

such a wonder, i never thought

As a gift to me,

a book of old memories I have got.

For at the end, in trying to persuade,

these feelings of my heart will never experience trade

the light of your love is as it is, it'll never fade.
